JIMA Winery
JIMA is a boutique family winery based in Epirus, northwestern Greece, a region defined by striking contrasts — from the influence of the Mediterranean coast to the cool, elevated landscapes of the alpine mountains.
Working across these diverse terroirs, JIMA cultivates rare indigenous Greek grape varieties alongside selected international grapes, producing wines with precision, individuality and a strong gastronomic character. Each wine is shaped by the unique conditions of its origin, expressing both the complexity of the landscape and the identity of the variety.
The winery was founded by Panos Jimas, winemaker, WSET Diploma holder and wine educator, whose vision is to bring together the many faces of Epirus in one distinctive and contemporary collection.
JIMA wines combine place, knowledge and craftsmanship, offering a modern expression of one of Greece’s most diverse wine regions.
