Sclavos Wines is a pioneering winery in Cephalonia, dedicated to expressing the island’s distinctive terroir through indigenous grape varieties, biodynamic viticulture and a philosophy of minimal intervention.

The estate works with local varieties such as Robola, cultivating its vineyards with great respect for the natural environment and allowing each site to develop its own individual character. A strong focus on single-vineyard wines highlights the differences between soils, altitude and microclimate, placing origin at the heart of every bottle.

In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum, allowing the grapes and their place of origin to speak as clearly as possible. This approach results in wines with authenticity, energy and a strong sense of identity.
