In the heart of Greece’s Peloponnese, where the mountains of Mani meet the Mediterranean Sea, lies the village of Doloi. Here, among sun-drenched hills and centuries-old olive trees, the story of Doleon begins.
Our family cultivates 5,000 Koroneiki olive trees, some over a century old. Growing naturally on the rocky slopes of Messinia, they draw their strength from the Greek sunshine, the fertile land and the unique Mediterranean climate.
Every November and December, our olives are carefully hand-harvested and milled within just a few hours. Through cold extraction at only 18°C, we preserve their freshness, distinctive aromas and naturally occurring polyphenols.
Each harvest is a reflection of our deep connection to the land, where generations of knowledge meet an unwavering dedication to excellence. From tree to bottle, every step is guided by our commitment to preserving the true character of Greek olive oil.
This dedication to quality has earned Doleon international recognition for 11 consecutive years, including Gold Awards at the New York International Olive Oil Competition in 2025 and 2026.
Yet, our greatest pride lies in something much simpler.
