Naturally rich in polyphenols, Doleon is also among the select olive oils eligible to carry the EU-certified health claim under Regulation (EU) 432/2012.
Produced by a Greek family business, the olives are hand-harvested every November–December and milled within just a few hours, using cold extraction at only 18°C to preserve their freshness, aromas and valuable natural properties.
