Agricultural Cooperative of Chalastra is a historic Greek agricultural cooperative established in 1917 in Chalastra, Thessaloniki, one of Greece's most important rice-producing regions. With more than a century of agricultural expertise and approximately 500 members, the cooperative specializes in the cultivation, processing, and distribution of premium-quality Greek rice. Combining traditional farming knowledge with modern agricultural technology and advanced processing facilities, it manages approximately 40,000 tons of rice annually, ensuring consistent quality and high nutritional value.
