The tomatoes are naturally and slowly dried under the Greek sun, following Liasto’s traditional sun-drying process, before being prepared into a rich and concentrated tomato paste. As a fully integrated producer, Liasto manages every stage of production, from seed selection and cultivation to final processing, helping ensure consistent quality and careful control throughout the process.
