Today, the second generation carries the tradition forward, combining hands-on experience with modern expertise and a growing international presence.
At the heart of Liasto is a completely natural production process. Carefully selected Greek tomatoes are naturally dried under the Greek sun, using only salt, time and care — with no preservatives or sulphites. Every stage, from sourcing and harvesting to processing and packaging, is closely controlled to ensure consistent quality and authentic flavour.
Beyond its signature sun-dried tomatoes, Liasto transforms the richness of Greek produce into a versatile range including sun-dried tomato paste and sauce, tomato sticks, Greek olives and peppers, suitable for both retail and professional kitchens.
